Return Policy

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Products must be in their original condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included.

Conditions for Returns

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories and documentation must be included
  • Product must not show signs of physical damage or tampering
  • Original receipt or order confirmation required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Software and digital products (once activated)
  • Personal care items and consumables
  • Custom-configured products
  • Products with damaged serial numbers or seals

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number. We'll provide a return authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions. Please include your RA number on the outside of the return package.
