How long does delivery take?

We offer same-day delivery in select Hong Kong districts for orders placed before 2 PM. Standard delivery takes 1-2 business days throughout Hong Kong. Free shipping is available on orders over HK$500.

Do you ship to overseas addresses?

Currently, we only deliver within Hong Kong. We're exploring international shipping options and will announce them when available.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for most items. Products must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Some exclusions apply (see our Returns page for details).

How do I initiate a return?

Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, FPS (Faster Payment System), and cash on delivery for qualifying orders.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Absolutely. Our website uses 256-bit SSL encryption and we never store your full card details. Your payment information is processed securely through Stripe.
